Enterprises of all sizes find it challenging to recruit and retain talented IT associates.   More-over, businesses would prefer to focus these IT associates on projects and initiatives that drive business value.  It is common that internal IT can get bogged down with day-to-day activities required to make sure applications and systems continue to run properly.  In other situations, Businesses are either not at a size to warrant in-house IT or have chosen to allow third-parties provide a comprehensive suite of IT services.  In both situations, Virtual Sprout provides a suite of professional services to address these challenges.

Our Solutions

Virtual Sprout has a set of pre-defined Managed Services focused on IT infrastructure from network through the application level.  These Managed Services provide customers stable infrastructure and the ability to focus internal IT staff on higher priority initiatives.   Managed Services may be used to augment onsite customer IT professionals or provide a third-party managed IT department.

Many of Virtual Sprout’s Managed Services focus on domain expertise that is critical to the business but does not warrant a full time employee.  Examples include managed firewalling, networking, and security.

For some Managed Services, software and hardware may be included.  Custom Managed Services are available upon request.
